When the Tubbs fire ravaged Northern California late one night in October 2017, our co-founders fled with their young kids as their neighborhood burned. Months after the harrowing fire was extinguished, they navigated the landscaping process and shared the realization that there has to be a better way. One that doesn't cost property owners like them tens of thousands of dollars for the design alone. But delivers a plan that provides every bit as much value as traditional landscape design, and connects to a vetted contractor to bring the vision to life. So they set out to come up with one.
