Life's an organic dream for Grace, Susan, Jennifer and Ella. It's back to pasture for these gorgeous, dewy eyed girls who spend their days in the fresh Tasmanian air with the wind blowing through their hair. Grace, Susan, Jennifer and Ella are part of the herd of cows who produce the wonderful organic milk that all Elgaar Farm products are made with. Delicious and authentic cheese, milk, yoghurt and cream direct from our certified organic farm in Moltema, northern Tasmania. Elgaar Farm products are made in the most environmentally, ethically and socially conscientious way. As part of our philosophy of quality, our products have to begin with the absolute best of ingredients, our milk. Our lovely cows graze with their calves by their sides on meadows filled with a rich and varied mix of grasses, legumes and herbs. Using the delicious milk from our cows, we hand craft our award-winning products in our traditional European-style cheesery located here on the farm. Our milks, creams and yoghurts are made fresh each week and packaged in returnable glass jars and bottles for the farmer’s market while our cheese is carefully tended and matured in our underground cellar.
